Following the announcement by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance on November 11, 2025, the Advance Cargo Information Declaration (ACID) online system has become applicable to commercial air cargo shipments to Egypt effective January 1, 2026, in addition to sea freight.
In accordance with this regulation, Yasui & Co. will apply ACID processing charges to all shipments to Egypt starting February 20, 2026. These charges cover the costs associated with uploading the required documents on the shipper side, as well as related handling and personnel costs.
The details of our ACID processing charges are as follows:

| Handling Fee (Yasui): | USD 20.00 |
(*For shipments to be completed by June 2026, the document uploading fee will be USD 95.00.)
